On May 2, 2024, Making Changes Association welcomed Calgary business leaders and community members to come together for a three-course lunch with fellow female leaders for a candid conversation. Presented by TD and hosted by the Fairmont Palliser, Powerful You! is an annual gathering where we can gather and collaborate while raising life changing funds for our programming.

Keynote Mandy Balak lead an invigorating session, "Rethink, Reset, Recalibrate: Leveraging Your Experiences for Strengths".
