At Making Changes Association, we don’t just empower women — we walk beside them every step of the way.

• Our Women in Technology and Basic Digital Skills programs provide essential training to help women build confidence and career-ready skills in today’s job market.

• Our Dress for Success Calgary program ensures women walk into interviews feeling strong, prepared, and professionally styled.

• My Best Friends Closet program helps teen girls feel a sense of belonging among their peers, helping foster confidence and a greater likelihood to participate in school, extra curricular activities and lowers drop out rates.  

• Our Basic Digital Skills program are tailored to new Canadians and helps them to access digital tools and internet safely and effectively helping integrate more seamlessly into their community. 

We work with hundreds of women every year — helping over 3,000 women and teenage girls annually — and we’re on a mission to scale this number. Because when women succeed, families thrive, communities strengthen, and futures brighten.
