A networking event hosted at the TC Energy Calgary office with the goal of facilitating meaningful connections and professional growth for both former and current Women in Technology students.

The event aims to:

  1. Expand networks – provide attendees with the opportunity to meet and connect with like-minded individuals, fostering new professional and mentorship relationships.

  2. Share experiences – create a platform for attendees to share career experiences, challenges, successes, promoting learning & support.

  3. Gain insights – offer valuable guidance and insights from experienced mentors, helping attendees navigate their career paths.

  • 2:30 – 2:45 – Welcome and introduction

  • 2:45 – 3:00 – Presentation TBD (e.g., different IT career paths, mentorship experiences / benefits)

  • 3:00 – 3:30 – Speed mentorship (opportunity for students to network with at least 5 different IT professionals from different companies for ~8 mins each)

  • 3:30 – 4:25 – Open networking

  • 4:25 – 4:30 – Remarks
