Making Changes Association invites you to an evening of insight, empowerment, and connection — all in support of the incredible work we do to advance women’s financial independence in Calgary.

This isn’t your typical panel event. We're bringing together a powerhouse group of exceptional women who have carved out successful careers in traditionally male-dominated industries. Together, they'll explore what it means to thrive, lead, and break barriers — and they won’t be speaking at you. They’ll be speaking with you.

Following the panel discussion, the evening will evolve into dynamic speed networking-style breakout sessions, where each attendee will cycle through intimate, small-group conversations with our panelists. These breakout circles are designed to spark real dialogue, meaningful connection, and actionable takeaways.
