1. Can I bid anonymously?

Yes! Sign up or log in to your account. Once logged in, click on your name in the top right corner. Select ‘My Account’ and look for the checkbox to bid anonymously.

2. How will I know if I’ve been outbid?

You will receive an email letting you know you’ve been outbid. You can also enable text notifications for quick updates, so you can bid again.

3. What happens if two people bid the same amount using automated bidding, and that bid amount wins?

In this scenario, the first person to set up their bids with automated bidding will win the item when the auction closes. So, if you choose to set up automated bidding, we suggest you do so early! That way you have the best chance of winning!

4. How will I know if I’ve won?

When the auction closes, everyone will receive an email notifying them of the items they have won.

5. When do I pay for the item I won?

It’s done automatically! When the auction closes, your credit card will be charged for any won items. You will be notified of this charge to your account by email and text notifications.

6. What if I win an item and I am not attending the event?

We will contact you on Monday, November 6, 2023, to coordinate the pick up of the items you have won.
