1 in every 5 women feels stuck, unable to find employment or move forward with confidence. At Making Changes Association, we work alongside our community to break down these barriers through five free programs that provide skills training, professional clothing, resources, and meaningful support. Last year, with the help of volunteers who contributed over 12,375 hours, we assisted more than 3,100 clients. Together, we are creating lasting impact, helping women build confidence, gain independence, and strengthen their families and communities.
