Leadership & Goal Setting
Girls develop practical goal-setting strategies, decision-making skills, and leadership capacity that translate into academic and career success.
Financial & Life Skills Awareness
Sessions introduce foundational financial literacy, responsibility, and forward-thinking planning, building clarity around education and career pathways.
Community & Belonging
Cohort-based learning creates connection. Participants engage with mentors and peers in an environment grounded in respect, dignity, and possibility.
See The Difference You Can Make
Adolescence is a defining period
Teen girls face increasing pressures: social expectations, financial strain, academic challenges, and limited access to opportunity.
Without intentional support, confidence gaps widen and barriers compound.
The GREAT Program exists to interrupt that cycle.
We reach teen girls before they internalize messages that they're not leaders, their voices don't matter, or certain opportunities aren't for them.
Outcomes that Extend Beyond the Classroom
Participation in the GREAT program contributes to:
Stronger Academic Confidence
Improved Self-Advocacy
Clearer Career Pathways
Healthier Decision-Making
