supports women facing financial barries who are preparing
for interviews, starting a new job, returning to work,
or pursuing volunteer opportunities.

Dress for Success Calgary provides professional clothing and personalized styling at no cost for women facing financial barriers.
Whether you are preparing for an interview, starting a new job, returning to work, completing an internship or practicum, or need clothing for your current workplace, we can help you find clothing that fits your needs and helps you feel confident.
Who We Help
This Program May Be for You If You:
Are experiencing financial barriers and need professional clothing
Need clothing for an interview, new job, current workplace, internship, or practicum
Identify as a woman
Are referred by a community agency or meet the criteria to apply yourself
Dress for Success Calgary welcomes women of all ages, backgrounds, identities, and abilities.
How To Apply
Complete the Referral & Application Form.
You can apply yourself or a community agency can complete the form for you.
We will contact you by email within approximately two weeks to book your appointment.
Need an evening or weekend appointment? Wait times may be longer because spaces are limited.
If you are not comfortable speaking conversational English, please bring someone who can help interpret during your appointment.

Women receive 90-minute boutique experiences with trained volunteer stylists who understand body types, professional dress codes, and how clothing impacts confidence.
Working Women's Group
A six-week program for employed women who want to continue building professional skills, confidence, financial knowledge, and workplace connections.
Professional Capsule
Wardrobe
Based on availability, you can receive professional clothing and accessories at no cost to help you prepare for interviews, work, internships, or practicums.
Polishing Your
Professional Style
A 60–90 minute workshop with practical tips on professional clothing and style, verbal and non-verbal communication, Canadian workplace culture, and presenting yourself professionally online.
