Our 2023/24 Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at 6:30pm via Zoom.

The materials below are for individuals who qualify as “members” for the upcoming AGM who would have received the formal notice invitation email, and are able to vote on the motions to be presented.. If you are interested in attending the AGM, please ensure you formally register through Eventbrite to hold your spot, as virtual spots are limited.
